REGATTA SITE: Lakefront Park and Pontchartrain Yacht Club, Mandeville, La if the wind is from the East to south to south west, OR the pond behind the "Target" shopping center at I-12 and Hwy 21 if the wind is from the north or north west

SCHEDULE:

• Check-in: Saturday, December 15th, between 9:00am and 10:00am at race site.
• Skippers Meeting: Saturday, 10:00am
• Racing: Sunday, 10:15am till 1:30pm, then resume at 2:15pm with the last race starting no later than 4:30pm
• We will attempt 12, windward-leeward races

ENTRY FEE: $0.00

FREQUENCIES: Frequencies will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so please bring additional frequencies/crystals to aid in any last minute conflicts.

AWARDS: 1st - 3rd places.

RULES: Races are governed by the current International Sailing Federation (ISAF) Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) as modified by Appendix E, the prescriptions of US Sailing when they apply, and the rules of the Victoria Class and the Sailing Instructions.

• All boats must have sail numbers.
• All boats must comply with the Class Rules regarding performance criteria.

REGISTRATION:  Email Hew to reserve your frequency.  There should be a few spare crystal sets available to resolve frequency conflicts.
